Welcome to the Program Management Services' Website. This is an online resource for faculty, staff, students, contractors and members of the community who are interested in the new construction and modernization projects on the Long Beach Community College District campuses.

The Board of Trustees selected the Cordoba Corporation as the Bond Management Team (BMT) to oversee and manage the construction program under the Measure E Bond Program, Proposition 1A, Proposition 47, Proposition 55, and State funded scheduled maintenance projects.

At each project site safety is the highest priority. Our goal is to ensure student safety in addition to maintaining safe pedestrian and vehicular access. Members of BMT are personally committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
